Weekly Rates
- Dec--Jan: $2200--$3550
- Feb--April: $3750--$4000
- May--Aug: $2250
- Sept--Nov: $1800--$2600
Please note the following:
- 11% Florida Rental Tax is required and is based on the weekly rate
- A $400 Deposit Damage is also required and will be returned in full after your departure provided there is no appreciable damage to our condo.
- Weekly Rates are subject to change at the discretion of the owners.
