Rates and Reservations Our rates vary based upon the season. You will find our rates are appreciably lower than renting through the Sundial Resort directly.  Some of our rental rates are even lower than Sundial's one bedroom unit with NO VIEW! We rent on a weekly basis, starting on Saturday: Check out time is 10:00am. Check in time is at 2:00pm. However, you may check in as early as 11:30 am.(average about 1:30) depending upon the previous guest's time of departure and our cleaner's schedule Maximum occupancy is six guests. This is non-smoking unit. No pets are permitted. Schedule of Rental Rates Summer 2006 $1800 - $2200 per week Fall 2006 $1500 - $2050 per week January 2007 $2550 - $2590 per week   Winter Season 2007 (also Christmas/New Year's 2006) $3500 - $3950 per week Spring 2007 $2150 per week Summer 2007 $1800 - $2250 per week Fees: Tax Rate 11% (Please note: Rates for some weeks may be higher.) All that is needed to confirm your reservation is a deposit of 20% of the weekly rental Cancellation Policy Deposits will be returned (less $50) if written notice of cancellation is received by us at least 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If less than 60 days, all monies (less $200) will be returned only if the unit is rebooked at the original rental rate.
