Our condo is a first floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath, den, corner unit with spectacular, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. Its location is unsurpassed in its proximity to both the beach (20 ft.) and one of Sundial's five pools (100 ft.). Join us and relax on our 50 ft. wraparound lanai and watch the sunrise or experience the brilliantly red and orange sky at sunset.

We have fully equipped our condominium with all that is necessary for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. Since Nov. '04, we have upgraded our condo with the following: a new modern kitchen, new bedroom furniture and bedding, new floor tiles throughout complemented by area rugs, new living room furniture, full size daybed hi-riser in the den, new lanai furniture and two DVD players with a movie library.

Gulf views from the master BR, living and dining rooms, kitchen and den. Ground floor unit. King size master BR, guest BR with 2 twin beds, and a 13 X 15 den that converts to a private 3rd BR. The most frequent comments in our guestbook are 'Great location', and 'Perfect for families'. Our direct Gulf front condo features a completely remodeled kitchen with full size appliances.

There is new furniture and bedding and new tiles throughtout. The condo is fully equipped to help you enjoy your vacation. All linens, kitchen supplies, beach towels, beach chairs, chaise lounges, umbrellas,floats, boogie boards and 'sand toys' are included as well as two DVD players with a 25 DVD library. The Sundial Resort offers 5 pools including a Jr. Olympic pool, 12 tennis courts, three restaurants, Tiki bar, children's and teen activities programs, aquatic ecological center, game room and water activity rentals.
