Our condo is a spacious, beachfront, corner unit with 1500+ square feet and sweeping view of the Gulf of Mexico. Our 50 foot wrap-around lanai is 20 feet from the sand on the beach. Just to the right of the lanai is one of the Sundial’s lovely pools.
This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, ground floor, corner unit. We have a beautiful open kitchen that blends into a spacious living room with an adjacent den. There is new furniture throughout the entire unit along with new ceilings, tiles, and hurricane glass.
Our unit offers Gulf views from the master bedroom, living and dining rooms, kitchen and den. There is a Queen size master bedroom, guest bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a 13 ft X 15 ft den that has a full-size sleeper sofa.
